Key update: We have updated pricing and shipping to reflect new tariffs, supplier cost increases, and DHL surcharges.

We have updated product pricing and shipping to reflect the latest supplier costs, tariff changes, and carrier surcharges.

The headline improvement is for US customers: US shipping is now 10.4% lower, even though DHL has introduced a new global fuel surcharge.

Shipping update

DHL has introduced a new 2.5% fuel surcharge due to higher global oil prices. This affects DHL shipments worldwide.

Despite that increase, we have still reduced US shipping by 10.4%.

Product pricing update

Product pricing has also been updated to reflect several changes:

  • US tariffs are now set at a flat 15% across all products, regardless of country of origin
  • we have applied the latest supplier cost increases
  • we have reduced our margins across the board to keep prices as competitive as possible

What this means at checkout

The final effect depends on the products in your basket.

Some baskets are now more expensive, while others have improved, especially where lower shipping helps offset product price changes.

The clearest customer-positive outcome is in US premium baskets, where total checkout cost improves most clearly.

Our approach

We want pricing to remain transparent, consistent, and competitive.

Where external costs have increased, we have worked to soften the impact by lowering margins and improving shipping where possible.
